About Us

We have been asked many times over the years to create an "About Us" page so that our wonderful customers can finally put faces to the names. We're sorry it took so long!

Personalizedfree.com is a family-run business that I started in 1993.  I began by selling ornaments at local craft shows in the Seattle area.  In 1998, I got married and we decided to move the ornament business online so that when we had children, I could stay home with them.  Each year, the business has grown along with our family.  We now have three beautiful children. Jamie is 5, Holly is 3, and Jason is 6 months old. They are our future personalizers!  We are looking forward to a trip to Disneyland early next year!

We couldn’t stay in business without the help of our families who take care of us during our busy season. We also couldn’t do it without our wonderful customers. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to offer so many great ornaments. I take great pride in what I do and make sure that every customer is satisfied. I don’t strive to have the most ornaments available online.  It is more important to me that I sell ornaments that I am proud to send out to each and every one of you.  Each year, our wonderful helpers put their hard work into making Personalizedfree.com a success. These ornaments will be keepsakes for a lifetime, so we want them to look fantastic. As we go into our 8^th year online, we thank you so much for your business!
